Lannihilation 2.0 is over!
Thanks to everyone that came out and gamed, we hope you all had fun and we're looking forward to seeing you at our next event which will be sometime in late January, check back later for more information.

Things to Bring: Ethernet cable (15-50 feet), power bar/surge protector, sleeping supplies (blanket, foamie, etc), also make sure to bring your computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse and anything else you use while you game at home.
MAKE SURE YOU BRING A HEADSET, NO SPEAKERS!!

Call the Blackfoot inn at 403-252-2253. Individuals can phone in and get the rate for Lannihilation by quoting the name of the event, however by doing it this way it does not guarantee the room will be available so early booking is important.

LANageddon 2009
LANageddon is the biggest LAN party in Calgary and it should be the most competitive LAN this year (Besides Lannihilation of course), so everyone should attend, we're all going!
Registration and Prepay for LANageddon 2009 is now open for everyone! We have an awesome year planned with some great sponsors, great prizes and fun competitive tournaments for all skill levels. Tournaments are still to be decided and will be announced shortly.
When is it? Friday May 22 12PM to Sunday May 24 12PM
LANageddon 2009 is hosted at: SAIT Polytechnic Institute Colonel James Walker Building 1301 16th Ave NW Calgary, Alberta, CANADA
Admissions fees are only: $40 if you prepay before Friday May 15, 2009! $50 after that date at the door.

Thanks to everyone that came to Lannihilation v1.1 and made it a success, after all the positive feedback, we are definately going to keep the events coming!
Special thanks to all the clans that came, including Apocalypse Gaming, Custard Party, Team3, .:[UoC]:.
We are working on our summer event, we are scouting locations now, we would like to keep it in the same location, but it's just not big enough, and we want to expand! We are looking at having 60-80 people for the summer LAN, we are also going to have better prizes and we are going to add another day to the LAN so we can get through all the tournaments without any issues.
We will be putting up a poll shortly to see what kind of tournaments you guys want to have at the summer event, please send us feedback or give us suggestions on the forums. Also send us feedback on what you thought about Lannihilation v1.1, if you liked it, if you didn't, what you would like to see at the next event, we want to hear from you!
We didn't have any TV's or console tournaments this time around, but it is something we are seriously considering for next time, if you guys think that's a good idea, let us know, I think it would add another dimension to the event, and make it even more enjoyable!
